About

New Foundations is a full-service community housing provider that targets niche segments that are traditionally under-serviced in the marketplace. Our core business is designed to provide fully furnished, move in ready and sober living quarters to those in the process of recovery from drug and alcohol abuse. Our stable recovery environment provides structure and accountability for residents who are learning a new way of life.

Our expanded mission will focus on the highly profitable and under-serviced Senior Housing market. Providing housing for the baby boomers that are coming of age is designated as the “silver tsunami” and will test our nation’s infrastructure to care for our aging population. New Foundations will be on the leading edge of Senior Housing providers. This serves to formalize business strategies and secure new partners.
